  • New patient, follow-up, and post-operative visits can be conducted
  • In-person with your provider
  • When appropriate, using telemedicine
  • On video or telephone with your provider
  • On video or telephone with your provider following in-person testing by a technician (also called a Hybrid visit)
  • Diagnostic testing-only visit
