Preparing for Surgery
Ambulatory surgery, also known as outpatient surgery, is surgery that does not require an overnight hospital stay. Before your surgery, a surgical coordinator will schedule your surgery and preoperative visit, coordinate your financial information and verify your means of transportation to and from the hospital on the day of your procedure.
