Shuttle Service
Your shuttle bus driver will validate your parking ticket so be sure to bring it with you.
Our hassle-free shuttle service will take you to and from your appointments at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center/UMHC – University of Miami Hospital & Clinics. Shuttles will run approximately every 10 minutes and stop at designated entrances. This service is free of charge (with paid parking), and operates between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The Clinical Research Building parking garage is located at 1120 N.W. 14th St., just east of N.W. 12th Avenue.
Valet Parking
Sylvester/UMHC has two parking lots; both are valet only. You may park in the south lot at the Sylvester entrance on N.W. 12th Avenue or in the north lot at the University of Miami Hospital and Clinics’ (UMHC) entrance, which is located just north of the Sylvester entrance. Turn right on N.W. 15th Street (Papanicolaou Way), pick up a ticket from the parking attendant, and continue to the valet drop-off point, located at the UMHC entrance.
Valet parking is available from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Parking for patients and family members is $8 per day. Wheelchair assistance also is available. Non-patients or non-family members pay $20 per day.
Transportation between Miami and Deerfield Beach
Sylvester is pleased to provide our patients and caregivers with complementary transportation services to our patients and their caregivers. Service runs between the Deerfield Beach facility and Sylvester/UMHC (in Miami). This service is available Monday through Friday
